Hosting and technical delivery through Cloudflare
This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., United States. When you access the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection and security data, in particular the IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, browser/device information and other technical metadata to the extent required to deliver, stabilize and protect the website.
We use this processing to provide the website securely and efficiently on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and performant operation of our website. Where Cloudflare processes personal data as a processor, this is based on a data processing agreement. Cloudflare states that certain metadata may be processed in data centers in Europe and the United States. Applicable safeguards are used for transfers of personal data to third countries.
Technical log data is processed or stored only for as long as necessary for operation, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, or as required by law.
Contact and contact form
If you contact us by email, telephone or through the contact form, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, email address, if applicable your company/organization, and the content of your message, in order to respond to your inquiry and conduct any follow-up communication.
If your inquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. In all other cases, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the proper handling of business and other inquiries as well as prevention of misuse and spam.
The form is processed server-side through a Cloudflare Pages Function. The message is then forwarded to the email inbox configured for Albadux. Recipients or categories of recipients may therefore include Cloudflare as a technical service provider and the email provider used by Albadux. The data is not disclosed for unrelated purposes.
We generally delete contact inquiries once the matter has been fully dealt with and no further communication is expected, ordinarily no later than six months after the communication is concluded. If the inquiry leads to a contractual or business relationship, data may be retained for longer where statutory retention obligations apply.
Spam protection
This version of the website does not use Cloudflare Turnstile or any other externally embedded CAPTCHA. The contact form uses only server-side validation and a hidden honeypot field for automated spam detection.
No analytics or marketing tools
This version does not use web analytics, marketing, remarketing or user-profiling services. In particular, no analytics or advertising cookies are set.
Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have the right of access (Article 15 GDPR), rectification (Article 16 GDPR), erasure (Article 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Article 18 GDPR), data portability (Article 20 GDPR), and the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (Article 21 GDPR).
You may withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future. Where processing is based on consent, the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.
Right to lodge a complaint
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. For private-sector controllers established in Bavaria, the competent authority is generally the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht — BayLDA).
